THE EXPERT CONSULTANT ON DEMAND℠ (ECOD) SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

Providing you an expert 2nd opinion when you need it!

With our ECOD℠ Subscription Plan, you pay one monthly fee for access to an expert consultant when you need one. Each member receives a 30-minute online needs assessment where we identify and prioritize your consultation needs and goals, respectively. Once we prioritize your consultation goals, you will have four, 60-minute phone or online consultation sessions each month that you can schedule when you need them to discuss and receive recommendations on clinical or professional issues.

The ECOD℠ Subscription Plan offers two consultation on demand plans: clinical consultant on demand (CCOD) and the professional consultant on demand (PCOD).

What is the CCOD plan?
TIER 1: The Clinical Consultant on Demand (CCOD) plan is for professional counselors who need access to an expert consultant for case consultation. Tier 1 membership includes: four (4) 60-minute phone calls each month to be scheduled as needed, using the personal link provided by your consultant.

TIER 2: The Clinical Consultant on Demand (CCOD) plan is for professional counselors who need access to an expert consultant for case consultation. Tier 2 membership includes: four (4) 60-minute online Zoom meetings each month to be scheduled as needed, using the personal link provided by your consultant.

What is the PCOD plan?
TIER 1: The Professional Consultant on Demand (PCOD) plan is for professional counselors who need access to an expert consultant to navigate professional identity and/or career development issues. Tier 1 membership includes: four (4) 60-minute phone calls each month to be scheduled as needed, using the personal link provided by your consultant.

TIER 2: The Professional Consultant on Demand (PCOD) plan is for professional counselors who need access to an expert consultant to navigate professional identity and/or career development issues. Tier 2 membership includes: four (4) 60-minute online Zoom meetings each month to be scheduled as needed, using the personal link provided by your consultant.

How do I know if the PCOD plan is right for me?

Great! So how does it work?
After we complete the initial needs assessment and prioritize your consultation goals, you will have four 60-minute phone or online sessions (depending on the plan you choose) that you can use as needed. To schedule a consultation session, all you need to do is email an appointment request to your consultant who will then send you a personal link with available dates to meet. Emergency requests will occur within 1-2 business days and non-emergency requests within 5 business days.

Sounds good! *How much does it cost?
The ECOD℠ Subscription Plan has two tiers:
Tier 1: $95/month for four (4) 60-minute phone calls.
Tier 2: $125/month for four (4) 60-minute online meetings (ZOOM).
*Members who wish to meet face-to-face on a limited basis may do so at the standard consultant rate of $150 per hour. Doing so does not change the monthly session allotment under the ECOD℠ Subscription Plan.

How does billing work?
Monthly recurrent payments are set up online so you never have to worry about missing out on your membership benefits. Once a payment is made, a receipt will be emailed to you which can be used for tax purposes. Benefits are non-transferable and only valid while you are a current member of the ECOD℠ Subscription Plan. Any unused sessions cannot be used once the plan is canceled.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and there is no commitment to stay on.

ECOD℠ Subscription Plan is one of the first of its kind, designed to provide professional counselors an expert 2nd opinion when they need it. Feedback on how we can improve allows the ECOD℠ Subscription plan to be an effective tool for professional counselors navigating clinical and professional decisions.
